Block B Interiors & Views, p2
The following photos include interiors and views for Block B, taken 21 July 2007. While in many of the units the built-in cabinets and wardrobes are installed, along with flooring, windows and doors, final coats of paint are still needed as well as balcony and interior fittings. (All photos clickable for larger images.)
5th floor 3-bedroom, master-bedroom wardrobe.
This unit is at the corner of the building with lagoon and partial sea views.
The color and quality of the built-in wardrobe can be examined close-up. Unforunately I did not inspect it closely enough in person to be certain of the build, however, it seems to be of good quality real wood panels or pressed wood with high-quality veneer.
Although dirty, the bathtubs, wall tiles and flooring are in place in most of the units that I saw. Other fittings, however--toilet, bidet, wash basin, etc--are not yet in place. Cabinets in the same style as the bedroom and kitchen wardrobes and cabinets are being installed in bathrooms as well. Once all fittings and cabinets are in place and the bathrooms cleaned up, they should be bright and attractive. Some, in fact, provide stunning views from the window.
A second-bedroom with balcony and partial view.
Part of Block A and the lagoon are visible beyond the balcony. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms do look somewhat small but that can be fixed with the proper decor. The yellow hue of the final paint coating add a pleasant sunny ambience.
A third bedroom with views overlooking the lagoon.
The kitchen has attractive cabinets and is rather spacious with full-open views from the balcony. Counter tops and sinks are not yet installed.
The living room is spacious and bright.
Living room of 5th floor 2-bedroom apartment with marina and sea views.
The 5th floor apartment interior doorways.
The two-bedroom kitchen with layout and cabinets similar to the 3-bed, but less spacious and without a step-out balcony.
Cabinet work close-up.

Views over the marina from a bedroom balcony.
Views toward living room balcony and Al Hamra Fort Hotel. (The new Palace Fort Hotel rising in the distance.)

Attractive wooden railings have been added to most of Block A, and partially at Block B.
