The big question for investors is, "When will we get our flats?" Getting the interiors finished appears to be a lingering task. Block B, as well as A, C and D, are slated for an October completion. Deadlines missed notwithstanding, construction at the Marina blocks is progressing. A~D are to be completed by October. Will this date also slip? Quite likely, yes! Although these buildings are looking better and better on the outside, interiors still have a long way to go. If the goal were one or two blocks by October, then maybe, but four...?That being said, this is still an excellent project.
